MAD LIEPĀJA is the largest action sports festival in Latvia.
Every summer, Liepāja becomes a place where adrenaline, movement, and street sports culture come together.
BMX Freestyle, scooter, street workout, mini football, youth activities, and much more — each discipline brings its own energy, style, and emotions. This year's new addition is the "Strong Firefighter" competition, where participants will test their strength, endurance, and agility by taking on challenges inspired by the work of firefighters.
Three days, one city, and an atmosphere that can't be described — it has to be experienced.

As part of the MAD Liepāja festival, the Latvian BMX Freestyle Championship will take place on Friday, August 28. Admission to the event on this day is free of charge.
The Latvian Championship will bring together some of the country’s best BMX Freestyle riders, who will compete for championship titles and the opportunity to showcase their skills in one of the most important competitions of the season. BMX Freestyle has been developing rapidly in Latvia in recent years, and MAD Liepāja has become one of the most significant events for the sport in the Baltics.
We invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to watch the Latvian Championship live and free of charge on Friday. For the festival programme on Saturday and Sunday, tickets are available for purchase in advance.
